How do I get the best AI grade?
Lay the card flat on a dark, non-reflective surface in even, indirect light. Use the in-app capture guides for the front and back. Avoid heavy glare and ensure all four corners are visible.
I think a grade looks wrong — what should I do?
Tap the card in your collection and choose Re-scan. Many issues come from glare or partial frames. If you still think the AI is off, send the card details to our team and we will retrain on it.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad to manage CardSense AI.
Can I move my collection between devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same email on each device and your binders, scans, and portfolio sync automatically.
